Saint Paul Will Showcase Solar Energy in 2010 — By December 2010, a landmark solar installation is expected to be operational in downtown Saint Paul and be interconnected to District Energy St. Paul's hot water district heating system. A collaborative Approach to Renewable Energy and Efficiency — In 2008, District Energy St. Paul joined a trial group of utility and government partners to examine the energy profile of the state's largest infrastructure project, Central Corridor light rail transit. Gerry Gubash, Staying Ahead of the Game — This article features an employee whose primary work consists of conducting preventive maintenance procedures by identifying issues before they become a problem. Beer Brewing with District Cooling — District Cooling resources were utilized to tie into the cooling for controlling the fermentation of the beer brewed at Great Waters Brewing. Historic Building Finds a New Purpose — A former downtown Saint Paul shoe factory ( the Renaissance Box) will soon be transformed into a vibrant residential building populated by residents of various incomes and diverse backgrounds. |
