Ever-Green Energy is pleased to welcome new board member Heather A. Braimbridge-Cox. Heather is President and CEO of Windings, Inc., which provides custom electric motor solutions to industries including aerospace, defense, factory automation, oil and gas, automotive, medical, and power generation. She has helped lead the 100% employee-owned company in New Ulm, Minnesota, to a culture of ownership, self-direction, and accountability.  

Heather is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and holds an MBA in International Finance from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford England. She has more than 22 years of experience in senior leadership and effective team management across various industries, including operations in the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. Heather is active on several business industry committees in Southern Minnesota and serves on the board of Second Harvest Heartland as well as the QI board of Open Door Health Center in Mankato, Minnesota.
