Caroline Arkesteyn coordinates Ever-Green’s policy efforts through writing and designing communications for stakeholders and partners and supports marketing, communications, and public relations efforts. Before joining the Ever-Green team, Caroline worked in communications for environmental public agencies, including the U.S. Department of Energy. She holds a BS in Environmental Science, Communication Studies and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University, and a MPP from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
